Withdrawal Policy

Clear guidelines and procedures for withdrawing funds from your Capital Rise Solutions account.

1. Withdrawal Eligibility

To be eligible for withdrawals, your account must meet the following requirements:

  • Account verification (KYC) must be completed and approved
  • No active investigations or disputes on the account
  • Minimum withdrawal amount requirements met
  • Sufficient available balance (excluding bonus funds)
  • No pending deposit reversals or chargebacks
  • Account must be in good standing for at least 30 days

2. Withdrawal Methods

We offer the following withdrawal methods:

2.1 Bank Transfer (Recommended)

  • Processing Time: 1-3 business days
  • Minimum Amount: ₹1,000
  • Maximum Amount: ₹10,00,000 per transaction
  • Daily Limit: ₹20,00,000
  • Monthly Limit: ₹1,00,00,000

2.2 UPI Transfer

  • Processing Time: 24-48 hours
  • Minimum Amount: ₹500
  • Maximum Amount: ₹1,00,000 per transaction
  • Daily Limit: ₹2,00,000

Tip: Bank transfers are recommended for large withdrawals as they offer better security and higher limits.

Follow these steps to request a withdrawal:

Login to Your Account

Access your account using your secure credentials and 2FA (if enabled).

Navigate to Withdrawal Section

Go to "My Account" → "Withdraw Funds" in your dashboard.

Select Withdrawal Method

Choose your preferred withdrawal method (Bank Transfer/UPI).

Enter Amount & Details

Specify the withdrawal amount and provide required banking details.

Verification

Complete security verification (OTP/Email confirmation).

Submit Request

Review and submit your withdrawal request.

Important: Your bank may charge additional fees for receiving funds. These charges are beyond our control.

6. Security Measures

To ensure the security of your funds, we implement the following measures:

  • Two-Factor Authentication: Required for all withdrawal requests
  • Email Confirmation: Withdrawal requests must be confirmed via email
  • Cooling Period: 24-hour cooling period for first withdrawal from new device
  • IP Monitoring: Suspicious IP addresses trigger additional verification
  • Withdrawal Limits: Daily and monthly limits to prevent fraud
  • Manual Review: Large withdrawals reviewed by compliance team

7. Common Issues & Solutions

7.1 Withdrawal Delays

Common reasons for withdrawal delays:

  • Incomplete KYC verification
  • Bank account name mismatch
  • Public holidays or weekends
  • Technical issues with banking systems
  • Security reviews for large amounts

7.2 Failed Withdrawals
