Required Documents: PAN card, Aadhaar card, Bank statement, and passport-sized photograph.

2. What documents are required for KYC verification? +

For KYC verification, we require the following documents:

  • Identity Proof: PAN Card (mandatory)
  • Address Proof: Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License
  • Bank Proof: Cancelled cheque or bank statement (last 3 months)
  • Photograph: Recent passport-sized photo
  • Signature: Scanned copy of your signature

Note: All documents must be clear, valid, and in your name. KYC verification typically takes 24-48 hours.

3. What deposit methods do you accept? +

We accept multiple secure deposit methods:

  • Bank Transfer: NEFT, RTGS, IMPS from any Indian bank
  • UPI: Any UPI app (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, RuPay
  • Digital Wallets: Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay wallets

Processing Times:

  • UPI & Cards: Instant
  • IMPS: 5-30 minutes
  • NEFT: 1-24 hours
  • RTGS: 30 minutes - 2 hours
4. Is there a minimum deposit amount? +

Yes, we have minimum deposit requirements based on the deposit method:

  • Bank Transfer: ₹1,000 minimum
  • UPI Payment: ₹500 minimum
  • Credit/Debit Card: ₹1,000 minimum
  • Digital Wallets: ₹500 minimum

For first-time investors, we recommend starting with at least ₹10,000 to diversify your investment across multiple plans.

Note: There are no maximum limits for bank transfers, but other methods have daily transaction limits.

5. How long do withdrawals take to process? +

Withdrawal processing times vary by method:

  • Bank Transfer (Standard): 1-3 business days
  • Bank Transfer (Express): 24 hours (₹500 fee applies)
  • UPI Transfer: 24-48 hours
  • First Withdrawal: Additional 24 hours for verification
  • Large Withdrawals (₹5L+): 3-5 business days

Important Notes:

  • Withdrawals are processed on business days (Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5 PM IST)
  • Weekend/holiday requests are processed the next business day
  • Additional verification may be required for security reasons
6. Are there any withdrawal fees? +

Our withdrawal fee structure is transparent:

  • Standard Bank Transfer: First 3 withdrawals/month are free, then ₹50 per withdrawal
  • UPI Transfer: Free (unlimited)
  • Express Processing: ₹500 for bank transfer, ₹250 for UPI
  • International Transfer: ₹1,500 + bank charges
  • Cancellation Fee: ₹100 if cancelled after processing

Note: Your bank may charge additional fees for receiving funds. These charges are beyond our control.

7. What are your fixed return investment plans? +

We offer three main fixed return investment plans:

  • Secure Saver Plan: 8.5-10% p.a., 12-24 months, ₹50K min
  • Growth Plus Plan: 11-13% p.a., 24-36 months, ₹1L min
  • Premium Returns Plan: 14-16% p.a., 36-60 months, ₹5L min

  • Processing Time: 5-7 business days for early withdrawals
  • Partial Withdrawal: Not allowed for fixed-term plans

  3. Accept penalty terms
